Jackson County Death Certificate Index

JCGL volunteers are currently copying death certificates from local Jackson County records. The years available in the library thus far are 1904-1957. If the year of interest to you is not yet included, check again at a later date.

If you find a name of interest to you and would like a copy of the death certificate for that name, fill out a request form and mail it to us along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope, and a check for $10. Be sure to include the referenced name, the volume year, and the page reference(s) for that name. There is a link to the request form at the top of each index.
