Jackson County Divorce Record Indexes

JCGL possesses three volumes of divorce records abstracted from the Oregon State Archives. These include the husband's name, the wife's first name, the date of the divorce, the type of action, and the case number. The case number can be used to obtain the complete record from the Oregon State Archives in Salem, Oregon for actions through 1915 or from the Jackson County Courthouse for actions after 1915.
