Complete and print the form that displays, then mail it to us along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope and a check for $10 payable to the Rogue Valley Genealogical Society. A copy of the requested page(s) will be mailed to you.

Fill out the email request form and, when you click the Submit button, it will be emailed to us. Once your online payment and email form have been received, our librarian will make a copy of the relevant information and email it to you as an attachment. It will be sent as a .jpg (picture) file. When you receive this .jpg file, click on it and it will be loaded into your picture viewer from which you can print a hard copy.
